Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return an item for a refund or exchange.
To qualify:

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary based on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of receiving it. Be sure to include clear photos of the issue, and we’ll work quickly to make it right.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. Need an exchange? Send us an email at hello@mypaperpath.com with details and photos of the issue, and we’ll take it from there!
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable returns.

If we provide a prepaid return label for defective or incorrect items, the cost may be deducted from your refund if applicable.
